• Smart offers Engineering, drawing and design services for new projects and expansion and modification of existing facilities. These services include the following:

  General layout (shows the general arrangement of equipment, auxiliaries,...etc.)Sectional layout (Drawings indicating the detail arrangement of each piece of Equipment, machines and devices).

  General assembly drawings, mechanical equipment specification (Drawings necessary for assembly and installation of equipment at the site and describe the construction or location of equipment).

  Detail Manufacturing drawing (spare parts drawings include surface finish, welding,Symbols,....etc.)

  Piping arrangement drawings (shows the route for the installation of pipes) for modification or new project.

  P & I diagrams (show diagrams of all equipment, valves and piping with diameters, Flow media, pressure,...etc).

  Piping isometric drawings (indicate the sizes and lengths of the pipes, draw of pipeline as number of separate parts).

  Data sheet for mechanical equipment or components for bid documents.

  Calculation sheet for certain subject such as pressure loss.

  Technical investigation report (concluding the root cause of problem, scenario of failure, countermeasure and recommendation).

• The use of hydraulic drives, as well as hydraulic open and closed loop control systems has gained in importance in the field of automation. Nowadays, it is unusual to find an automatic production procedure which doesn't use hydraulic components.
